Thulumbu was born from a deeply personal experience. Our founder,
Abhirami Santhosh, a first-generation commerce
student herself, once stood exactly where you stand today. She was
passionate about CA and CMA but completely unaware of where to
begin. Even growing up in Chennai, navigating the course structure
was a struggle. That made her wonder:
What about students from smaller towns across Tamil Nadu?
That question, along with eight years of teaching over 500 students,
led to the creation of Thulumbu, a Tamil-first
learning community built to make professional commerce education

Are the classes taught in Tamil?
Yes. Thulumbu is a Tamil-first learning community, concepts are
explained in Tamil so you understand difficult CMA topics faster,
while technical terms stay in English.
Which CMA papers does Thulumbu coach?
We currently go deep on CMA Final, Paper 14 (Strategic Financial
Management / SFM) and Paper 15 (Taxation). CMA Foundation and
Intermediate are coming soon.

Taxation (Paper 15) is taught by our founder Abhirami, CA, CMA &
